For employers

    Review a worker's public profile, ratings, and verification badge.

    Request an interview directly through The HelpMate.

  4. Step 4

    Hire with confidence, then leave a review after the placement.

For workers and agents

  1. Step 1

    Create a profile with your skills, experience, and availability.

  2. Step 2

    Upload your ID and address proof.

  3. Step 3

    An admin reviews each document and verification check.

  4. Step 4

    Your badge updates automatically as checks are approved — climb from Bronze to Gold.

Verification dimensions

Each worker profile is checked across three dimensions. Badges are recomputed automatically every time a check changes.

Identity

A government-issued ID (NIN, voter's card, driver's license, passport, or national ID) matched against the worker's stated name and date of birth.

Address

A utility bill or tenancy agreement confirming the worker's stated state, city, and area.

Background

A background check for disqualifying criminal or conduct history.
